We believe that recovery is just as important as training. Holistic wellness means that we are focused on our recovery and nutrition as much as we are our movement. Weightlifting and high intensity training can be demanding on the body and the nervous system. Recovery allows us to bounce back more quickly and effectively before our next movement session.
