CrossFit is our foundation to build health & fitness, which means we use constantly varied, functional movements and high intensity to help you meet your goals.
We work with you beyond just that 1 hour workout, because we know that improving your health and fitness means sleeping, eating, moving, and ultimately managing your time better.
If you want to better yourself and your local community here in North Portland, and you share our values of hard work, humility and connection, we’re here to serve you.
In order to meet you where you are, our first step with any new member is a 1:1. Whether that’s in person or remote, we’re looking to find out a bit more about you and how we can help you achieve your goals.
We’ll also do a short 10 minute workout to help us understand what programs might be the best fit for your needs.
In most cases, we would recommend 1 of 3 introductory programs, be it our foundational, general preparedness or our bespoke programs, to help build long lasting habits in those first 60 days together and prepare you for our group classes.
An entry point for many of our members new to health and fitness is our Foundations Program.
In this program you’ll spend between 60-120 days paired with a coach to focus on building healthy long lasting habits, especially in your nutrition and sleep patterns.
You’ll join your coach for 16-24 personal training sessions, where you will practice essential movements and build your aerobic capacity.
Throughout we’ll be measuring your performance with biometrics and using diaries and apps to keep you accountable, and be there every day to mentor you through this change.
GENERAL PREPAREDNESS PROGRAM
For many of our members general health is the goal and our General Preparedness Program (GPP) is a great starting point to improve together with our community. In this program we prioritize intensity and volume to increase your progress over time.
For those familiar with CrossFit, we offer 12 GPP classes for $139 and unlimited classes for $178 per month.
For those new to CrossFit, we’ll pair you up with a coach to work daily on your nutrition and sleep, and mix group classes and personal training sessions to prepare you for GPP.
This is a great program to meet the community, start building relationships and make some incredible progress in your health and fitness journey.
With several years of CrossFit or Fitness experience, we are here to take you to the next level, whether that’s to compete in the Sport of CrossFit, or in a specific Sport.
At this level, we prioritize intension, with personalized programming, and focus on your weaknesses to become a well rounded athlete.
We’ll pair you up with specific coaches for bespoke programming built around you, founded in aerobic capacity, gymnastics and weightlifting, as well as optimize your recovery, sleep and nutrition for performance with tools like Whoop.
