For the past seven years we have hosted Friday Night Lights to celebrate the CrossFit Open, which is one of the biggest moments in the sport of CrossFit. The Open is a three week competition that anyone and everyone can participate in. This competition ranks athletes globally through an online leaderboard where all CrossFit gyms can celebrate fitness together. Historically, we've come together every Friday during the Open to compete, celebrate and gather as a community. Contact us if you'd like to participate at our gym!
Queer Class is for our queer-identifying members and non-members of the public, hosted once a quarter on Saturday at 10 am, led by our Queer Coach, Rach Rapinoe (CF-L1). The purpose of this class is to validate and celebrate all queer bodies, to provide an environment that fosters positive body relationships, and build upon fitness in a safe, comfortable, and non-judgemental space. Drop in fee (non-members) is $30.
