Here at Blue House we are obsessed with helping people move more so they can live their best life, this mission also includes the next generation of athletes in our community. We believe fostering a love for movement at a young age using fun, joyful, and interactive programming creates a strong fitness and wellness foundation for life.
Level 1: 3-6 yrs old.
Our goal is to help young kids develop joyful, healthy relationships with movement and our gym. Level 1 Kids Program is all about fostering a love for movement through games and community. Level 1 Classes are offered on Saturday from 10:45-11:15 AM and Monday from 3:15-3:45 PM.
Level 2: 7-12 yrs old.
Our Level 2 Program continues to instill the joy and fun of movement, we still play lots of games however we do start to introduce foundational fitness movements and some structured programming into the mix. Level 2 Classes are offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-5:30 PM.
Level 3: 12-16 yrs old.
Our teen programming focuses on more intentional athletic and performance development, mimicking our adult GPP classes in a safe and very approachable space. Level 3 Classes are offered Tuesdays and Thursday from 5:30-6:30 PM.
Kids will have a dynamic and fun network of people to connect and move with. Moving in community with other people is a powerful recipe for building confidence, self-esteem and whole body wellness. In addition to connection, we are big believers that play is also a critical ingredient for fostering joy. It is especially important to sprinkle in playful programming with any movement routine for youth kids.
Our kids proram is ran by Coach Madi, who is a CrossFit L2 certified coach and a recent University of Portland graduate with a Bachelors degree in Integrative Health Sciences. Madi has the education and passion to build the next generation of advanced athletes pursuing longevity.
Our youth program is qualified to help young kids build endurance, coordination, proprioception, strength and sports performance. We offer a fun and interactive programming that includes gymnastics, foundational weightlifting and many variations of functional movements.
Our kids programming is adaptable to any fitness level, from beginners to more advanced athletes. All movements can be modified to accommodate any physical limitations or injuries, and will prepare all ages for sport performance.
