We built a full-service recovery room that includes a large hot sauna, Cold Plunge, Compression Boots and Theraguns which allows our athletes to properly recover after demanding high intensity and weightlifting classes. Smarter recovery is a key ingredient for long-term health and fitness results.
Hot Immersion Therapy.
The data shows that cardiovascular disease diminishes with increased hot exposure. Experiencing 5-15 minutes of hot immersion therapy per session can significantly decrease the chance of heart, lung and various blood diseases. Science suggests up to 57 minutes per week is optimal.
Cold Immersion Therapy.
Thought leaders like Susanna Soberg and The Huberman Lab are big proponents of cold immersion therapy (specifically 1-2 minutes per session, 11 minutes per week) to derive meaningful benefits on metabolism, insulin and growth hormone pathways, and muscle recovery.

We offer Normatec Compression Boots and Theraguns in our recovery space for all members and drop-ins who want to take advantage of additional bodywork to enhance flow and circulation. Our bodies are constantly producing metabolic waste, compression and massage increase blood flow which helps to circulate these byproducts faster.
