The Test - August 9
is a new kind of CrossFit competition—built to raise the bar for what local comps can be. Hosted at our facility, The Test features mixed-gender teams of two and brings a high-level competitive experience without the chaos or fluff. We're programming events that reward well-rounded athletes, not just specialists—think heavy lifts, high-skill gymnastics, classic conditioning, and endurance tests. Our goal is to deliver a comp that feels legit: fair standards, thoughtful events, strong judging, and cash prizes for the RX division. Queer Class
Queer Class is for our queer-identifying members and non-members of the public, hosted once a quarter on Saturday at 10 am, led by our Queer Coach, Rach Rapinoe (CF-L1). The purpose of this class is to validate and celebrate all queer bodies, to provide an environment that fosters positive body relationships, and build upon fitness in a safe, comfortable, and non-judgemental space. Drop in fee (non-members) is $30.
Personal Programming
Personal Programming is individualized training designed specifically for your goals, schedule, and fitness level. Unlike group classes where everyone does the same workout, this gives you a custom plan tailored to exactly what you need, whether that’s building strength, improving gymnastics, rehabbing an injury, or preparing for competition. You get weekly updated workouts, direct access to your coach, and specific guidance on movements, and progressions. You can do it during Open Gym or in class if is aligns with your priorities, but the key difference is this: you’re not guessing or hoping for results, you’re following a plan built for you, and that’s where real progress happens.
wellness summit
We host an annual Wellness Summit here at Blue House, dates are TBD. The goal of our Wellness Summit is to inspire, educate and build on peoples' current habits to ensure longevity. We're passionate about pursing longevity through movement, nutrition, recovery and connection. We will dive deeper into each of these core pillars at the Summit, offering tangible goal-setting tools to help you achieve longevity so you can live your best life longer.
