Movement
Movement is integral to longevity. Most of our week will be focused on GPP, or what is traditionally known as CrossFit, though we also have alternative offerings of mobility, pump, and aerobic capacity.
Nutrition
Our cooking classes are designed to empower people to learn how to cook healthy, delicious, easy meals. If you want to get a taste of our cooking classes, go catch an episode of Chopped!
Recovery
We know now that recovery is just as important as movement and nutrition in your wellness journey. In our recovery sessions, you have access to cold immersion & hot therapy, as well as a selection of recovery tools, such as NormaTec boots and massage guns.
